Important Reminders
Notify and Consult Executors
The Executors are
legally responsible for all matters relating
to the Will of the Deceased and have the power
to overrule
the nearest relatives.
In our
experience it is rare for the Executors not
to heed
the wishes of the nearest relatives,
but it
can happen.
