She also embroidered many lovely pictures and cushions. Listening to classical music was also a joy for her and she loved to dance. Barbara and Jim enjoyed many holidays abroad. Her love of travel took her quite often to Canada on her own to visit with her sister Marion and family. Most of all she had a deep love of family, her husband Jim, their son Steven and daughter in law Vivien, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren, whose company she received much pleasure from. Barbara is survived by all the previously mentioned including her sister Marion and brother Roy. She also has two “surrogate” daughters Shirley and Lynn and their children who she loved dearly.
