Funeral report for the late Kenneth Royle The funeral was held recently (12th February) for the late Ken Royle of Northwich, who died on 4th February 2008 aged 72 years. Ken was born in Northwich to Sidney and Elizabeth Royle the youngest of four children having one brother and two sisters. He was brought up in Northwich and attended Danebridge School. After leaving school at the age of 14 he became an apprentice bricklayer then worked as a bricklayer for 50 years. Ken lived at Greenall Road, before moving to Manchester Road, where he remained for 47 years. Ken enjoyed watching cricket and football, spending holidays with his family and liked to show his dog T.J. at dog shows. Ken is survived by his son Anthony, daughters Fran, Alison and Linda and his sister Gladys. The service was held at St Helenís Parish Church, Northwich, conducted by Revd Malcolm Cowan and was followed by committal at Walton Lea Crematorium. In addition to family floral tributes, donations were received for Ward 12 at Christie Hospital. Arrangements by George Bell Funeral Service, Northwich.
