Funeral report for the late Samuel Frank Peach (Sammy) The funeral was held on 15th April 2008 for the late Sammy Peach who died 7th April aged 69 years. Sammy was born in Luknow, India to John Jabez Peach & Jane Helen Condozo, one of 10 children having six brothers and 4 sisters. He lived in India until 1948 before moving to England, residing in Lostock and attending St Wilfrid’s RC School, Northwich. He married Margaret in 1961 and they had three daughters and a son. They lived in Birkenhead before moving to Northwich. He married Pat in 1987 living in Greenbank, then later with Gina his friend and companion for the past ten years. As a teenager he worked for Liverpool Lighterage then later worked for various companies including British Railways, the Coal Board, Saltworks and finally with Cheshire Highways until his retirement. For many years Sammy enjoyed darts and dominoes, playing for pubs in Northwich also listening to country music. Sammy is survived by his companion Gina and his three daughters and their families. The funeral service and committal at Altrincham Crematorium were conducted by Rev’d James Hughes. Family flowers were received and donations for St Luke’s Hospice.
