Funeral report for the late Arthur Naylor The funeral was held on 18th July 2008 for the late Arthur Naylor who died on 10th July aged 81 years. Arthur was born in Northwich to Albert & Annis Naylor, the middle child of eleven children having six brothers and four sisters. He was brought up in Northwich and attended Witton Boys School. He married May Mitchell in September 1950 at St Helenís Parish Church, Witton, settling in Peter Street then Marple Road. Sadly Arthur was widowed in 1997. He served in India in the Second World War then later worked for Ashley Contractors and Spann Contractors. He enjoyed playing Dominoes. Arthur is survived by his son & daughter-in-law Paul & Viv, three grandchildren; their wives and partner and two great grandchildren. The funeral service held at St Helenís Parish Church, conducted by Revíd Barry Jobber, was followed by committal at Altrincham Crematorium.
