The funeral was held on 29th January 2010, for the late Harry Heyworth who died 15th January aged 85 years. Harry was born in Bolton, Lancashire to Sidney & Annie Heyworth, the youngest child of three having two older brothers the late Lionel and the late Philip. He was brought up in Bolton where he also attended school. He married Jean Haigh on 16th June 1956 at St Leonardís Church, Wollaton, Nottingham settling at first in The Coach House, Lymm Hall, Lymm then Harrison Drive, Goostrey. He served in the Royal Air Force during the war and was a Poultry Farmer. He previously worked for ABC Cinemas 1947-1965. His interests included vegetable growing, boats, cars, flying and wildlife; especially birds. Harry is survived by his wife Jean and daughters Laurian, Kerry & Lindsay. The funeral service held at Lower Peover Church, conducted by Rev Dr Jane Lloyd was followed by interment in the churchyard. Family flowers and donations for RSPB were received.
