     E.g. Local caterer for the purpose of organising refreshments after the funeral service
     E.g. Local venues for room hire for the purpose of funeral refreshments
     E.g. Local stonemasons for the purpose of stone removal for the opening of a grave and for 
new stone work if requested

3.4   Retention period
Dodgson & Bell Funeral Service Ltd will process personal data for as long as is necessary to allow 
us to fulfil your funeral services and will store the personal data for 6 months.

At any point while we are in possession of or processing your personal data, you, the data subject, 
have the following rights:
